We can’t believe it’s come around again, but we’ve broken up for the summer and will be back on the 2nd September 2025.

As we do every year, we gave the children an extra special afternoon, and our leavers a lovely send off. An ice cream van came to visit pre-school, and we invited all the children’s parents for a ‘stay and play’.

We were so lucky with the weather, and it was the perfect day to enjoy some ice cream and play in the sun.

We waved goodbye and had hugs from children and parents alike, all our current children received ice creams and a preschool grown carrot to take home (nice balance of treats and healthy there!), and the leavers went home with reports, named keyrings and a graduation photo.

‘Tattoos’ were on offer too, and were very popular. Some children had 10 going all up their arm!

One of our children turned up on his last day with flowers as big as he is! And so many cards written to ‘The Purple Ladies’. We love being part of a team and knowing that we are recognised as this.

We return to play on Tuesday 2nd September, and we have spaces!

We are a term time, predominantly outdoor setting, open Monday to Wednesday, and Friday between 9am and 3.15pm.

We are entirely child-led and plan for individual interests in the moment. This means that learning is current, relevant and individually appropriate. It is unique to every child and can change by the minute!

We’re proud to have a Good OFSTED rating.

We’re always happy to do a show around if you haven’t seen our pre-school before, so get in touch and we can arrange a tour!
